Kickstarting a Brighter future for Nigerian youths through Entrepreneurship Support
For the past three years, International Breweries has implemented a far reaching and impactful empowerment initiative: Kickstart.
Kickstart (called Hero Kickstart in the South and Trophy Kickstart in the West), is aimed at creating a culture of entrepreneurship in young people by: enhancing participants' business awareness and skills through training.
Our Kickstart initiative also provides grants as start-up capital for new businesses or to support expansion of existing businesses while also providing post investment support through coaching and mentoring.
In 2019, International breweries Plc consolidated the various social investment programmes and initiatives of its brands across the country, under the platform of International Breweries Foundation and made investing in Nigeria’s sustainable development a top priority of its business.
The establishment of the Foundation fulfils a commitment by International Breweries to provide a platform for the company to contribute to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
We are committed to enabling social, economic and environmental sustainable development in our operating environment, to the benefit and in close partnership with all our stakeholders.
International Breweries Foundation stands in partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria to achieve the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (UN SDGs).
